At Arctic Gas, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we’re here to make the process clear and straightforward.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must have prior authorization from our team before returning any item.
2. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee helps cover handling, repackaging, and inventory processing.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the return package, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Special-order products

Hazardous materials

Items returned without prior authorization
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, minus any restocking and shipping fees.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right by issuing a replacement, store credit, or refund—whichever is appropriate.
