Welcome to Arctic Gas. By accessing or using our website (www.arcticgas.com), placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to make purchases on behalf of yourself or your business. By purchasing restricted refrigerants, you confirm that you are either:

  • A certified technician under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act, or

  • A reseller or wholesaler purchasing for resale to certified professionals.

2. Reseller Certification Statement

By purchasing refrigerants from Arctic Gas, you certify that:

The refrigerant cans being purchased are intended solely for resale to or installation by EPA-certified technicians. I certify that I will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and that I am legally permitted to purchase, possess, accept delivery of, and resell these refrigerants in accordance with the law.

You may be asked to complete and submit a signed compliance form for recordkeeping.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Arctic Gas reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities at any time. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. Full payment is required before shipment unless credit terms have been pre-approved.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from multiple warehouse locations across the United States. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Arctic Gas is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

5. Returns, Restocking & Shipping Fees

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. All returns must be pre-authorized, and items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Special order items and hazardous materials may not be eligible for return.

6. Product Use & Compliance

It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when handling, storing, or reselling refrigerants. Products requiring EPA certification must be used or resold only by authorized individuals.

7. Pricing & Availability

Our pricing is updated weekly to reflect current market conditions. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in pricing and availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arctic Gas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product data — is the property of Arctic Gas and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
