Shipping Policy

At Arctic Gas, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy for important information regarding order fulfillment, freight services, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

  • We do not process or ship orders on major U.S. holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes at this time.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We ship using UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Standard transit times range from 1–5 business days, based on your location.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Freight

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Some products may qualify for free freight, which will be automatically applied at checkout when eligibility requirements are met.

  • Hazardous materials or refrigerants may be subject to additional handling fees.

5. Freight Shipments & Liftgate Service

  • Larger orders may require freight delivery. A valid commercial delivery address and contact number must be provided.

  • If you need a liftgate for unloading, this must be specified at checkout. Additional fees may apply for liftgate service or residential delivery.

  • Missed freight appointments may result in redelivery charges billed to the customer.

6. Delivery Issues & Damages

  • Artic Gas is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, supply chain issues).

  • Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

  • If an item is damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours with photos and a description so we can assist with a claim and replacement.
